We had the overwhelming task of selling our parents' 120-year-old home, but we do not live in the state and were unable to keep making the trip back and forth. Luckily, Wayne, Max and Matia made the process incredibly easy to do entirely from afar. They went above and beyond, taking care of many of the tasks that we couldn't to get the home ready to sell. We knew being long-distance and the age of the home was going to come with its challenges, but they really took ALL of the stress out of it for us. All while being incredibly kind, honest and lovely to work with. My family is forever appreciative!
